Day 01: New Delhi-Amritsar (by Shatabdi Train Dep/Arr                16:30/22:45 hrs)

Board the train to Amritsar. Upon arrival at Amritsar you will be transferred to Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.


Day 02: Amritsar

After breakfast leave for sightseeing of Jalianwala Bagh, Visit to Golden Temple and Durgiana Temple. Later after lunch you will proceed to Wagah Border for evening beating retreat. Return to the hotel overnight stay.


Day 03: Amritsar-New Delhi (Shatabdi Express  Dep/Arr               05:00/11:15 hrs)

Early morning transfer to Rly station to board the train to New Delhi. Upon arrival you will be picked up from NDLS rly station and transfer to the hotel. Later afternoon visit to Red Fort, Humayun Tomb, Qutab Minar and Akshardham Temple. En route by pass you will discover the Lutyan’s Delhi. Overnight at hotel.


Day 04: New Delhi-Jaipur (255 kms)

After breakfast leave for Jaipur named “Pink city of India” is bursting city and one of the fast growing cities of India. Upon arrival check in to the Hotel. After some relax moment visit to Chokhidhani-An Ethnic Village Resort set up with the purview of real Rajasthani Village culture in fun, entertainment, games, thrill, shopping, Rajasthani diet, Rajasthani Kalbeliya Dance or Ghoomar or folk dance, music and much more to look, to feel, to breath, to taste and to experience. Return to the hotel for overnight.


Day 05: Jaipur

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of in and around Jaipur the most visited place is Amber Fort or Amer Fort here you can experience the royal ride on Elephant this huge fort is divided into many palaces one of them is Sheesh Mahal worth seeing, others are Diwan –E-Aam or “Hall of Public Audience” Diwan-E-Khas or the “Hall of Private Audience” and Sukh Niwas where cooling is created artificially using the water cascade and wind that blow over the cascade. After that visit to City palace centrally located  

Includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal and was the seat of Maharaja of Jaipur Sawai Jai Singh part of Chadra Mahal is now being converted to Museum but most part is still is the residence of Royal family. Near to City Palace is Jantar Mantar in fact the best and largest among several such observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh II during 1724-1735 the biggest attraction is the largest stone sun dial of the world. Continue your journey through the pick city visit to Hawa Mahal- high screen wall built during 17th Century for observing royal proceedings on the street by the women of royal households.


Later free time for shopping or personal activities. Overnight at hotel.


Day 06: Jaipur-Agra (245 kms)

After breakfast proceed to Agra the city of Taj Mahal and the one of the wonders of the world. En route visit to Fatehpur Sikri –a ghost cities now being envisaged and built by Emperor Akbar during 1569 to serve as the capital of Mughal Empire till 1585 but was abandoned due to lack of water. Scattered in larger areas this complex is entered through Buland Darwaza literally means “Gate of Magnificence” this is the highest gateway in the World, the many residence of queen and royal members. Continue your journey to reach Agra. Upon arrival hotel check in. Overnight at hotel.


Day 07: Agra-New Delhi

After breakfast sightseeing of Taj Mahal, Agra Fort. Later check out and proceed to Delhi En route visit to Agra Fort and Sikandra Fort- the mausoleum of Emperor Akbar. Upon arrival you will be transferred to Indira Gandhi Airport or New Delhi Railway Station. .

Tips related to Golden temple.

•             At every entrance to Sri Harimandir Sahib, there is provision for keeping shoes, and luggage of the devotees, free of cost. One must get a token after depositing one’s shoes/belongings.

•             Please switch-off your mobiles before entering into the Sanctum Sanctorum.

•             Wash your feet/hands, and cover your head properly before entering the holy complex.

•             Cigarette, Biri, Tobacco or other intoxicants are strictly prohibited inside the holy premises.

•             Anyone can take a dip in the holy sarovar (pool of nectar) but use of soap or shampoo is not allowed.

•             The wet clothes may kindly be deposited in a Wet-Clothes-Room.

•             If you so desire, you can wash yourself with soap at the washrooms provided in the parikarma (periphery).

•             Swimming is strictly prohibited in the sarovar.

•             Do not accept eatables from strangers.

These instructions are only precautionary, which are similar to any other religious/tourists place.

•             Photography is allowed only in the outer Parikarma. For special reasons permission for photography inside of The Golden Temple may be sought from the President/Sec. (SGPC) or Manager (Golden Temple).

•             Offerings in cash and kind are accepted in the Golden Temple.

•             Please get a receipt on offering donations for langar (community kitchen), building.

•             It is strictly prohibited to serve or eat any eatables in the Parikarma, or to loiter about with uncovered head.

•             It is not allowed to read or sell newspapers or play cards in the Parikarma.

•             Nobody can hold a religious congregation or deliver a lecture inside the Parikarma, unless permitted by SGPC.

•             Devotees should not pay any money to Sewadars on duty.

•             Please deposit your valuables including jewelry and cash at the counters provided for the same in the Sri Darbar Sahib complex.

•             Any complaint regarding any staff member/Sewadar/Management should be lodged at the office of Sri Harimandir Sahib located in the Parikarma near Darshni Deori and Ber Baba Budha Ji.

•             Karah-Prasad (holy offering) should be distributed only after one’s exit from the Sanctum Sanctorum. Its distribution on the bridge creates congestion which hampers the smooth movement of devotees.

•             Please do not take bath at Har Ki Paori.

•             If any infant happens to urinate in the Parikarma, please clean it immediately or inform the duty Sewadars about it.
